David Nieper hosts HRH the Princess Royal during her visit to Derbyshire

Four historic Derbyshire firms were honoured yesterday by a visit from Princess Anne to help celebrate their various landmark anniversaries. As long standing President of UK Fashion Exports, the Princess is known for her support of British fashion and her visit to David Nieper not only marked the company’s Golden Jubilee year but helped launch its new knitwear department after the company’s recent investment of £500,000 in machinery to keep its knitwear ‘Made in England’.
